Taylor Kelly was the successful bidder for Kansas City’s renovation of their existing Music Hall located in the Municipal Auditorium building. A major portion of the 8 million dollar contract had to be complete prior to the Nutcracker Symphony Performance.

The second phase of the project lasted 6 weeks and required the demolition of the existing stage. The new stage structure involved building a structure through the existing building and raising the existing stage approximately 20 feet. The renovations were needed due to the requirement of the Broadway touring productions. 

The project involved liquidated damages and the work was completed ahead of schedule.
