Relocating this long time destination restaurant from Parkville Missouri to Briarcliff Development was a privilege and honor for Taylor Kelly Construction. The project consisted of build out of 6,556 sf of high level dining and bar spaces along with a state of the art kitchen.

The first floor radius grand staircase is a major architectural element and was the critical path of the construction schedule. The stair’s details included structural steel and light gage structural framing, a combination of steel and wood hand railings and tile flooring.

The construction team’s diligence in scheduling the engineering, fabrication and installation of this unique staircase also included re-design of the structure in order to expedite delivery and installation.
